  1. Excercise and eating healthy are always a part of my daily routine, as they should be for anyone trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My mood has drastically improved since I started implementing these small changes into my routine, as I’m sure they will have the same effect on anyone willing to put in the effort to do the same.

Such a lovely post on daily habits! I learned a lot, and enjoyed the read.

    1. Thanks for sharing that, Gorjan. Our health and fitness is definitely the foundation of our lives because without it we will not be able to accomplish anything else in our lives.

  2. Great suggestions when applied on a consistent deliver amazing results. I can state that with first-hand experience. Robin Sharma introduced The 5 AM Club concept over twenty years ago that is based on a morning routine that increases productivity tremendously. Thanks for your share.

  3. Well they say that a mile begins with the first step. You will be amazed what a little a day can add up to. It is the small steps that will lead to great things in the future. A small spark can burndown a forest, give it time and it will be fully ablazed. Lets take this example and apply it to our lives as we go from day to day. Thanks so much for sharing this post that is insightful and a great help!!

    1. Wow, that was powerful Norman! I really liked what you said. It really shows how the small things we do every day add up and shape who we are and what our lives look like.

  4. Wow, so much incredible information here. Thanks for educating me on chronotypes, despite my love of science I had never heard of this! I did the quiz, turns out Iโ€™m a bear! Iโ€™m definitely going to be looking more into that. I absolutely adore meditation so Iโ€™m really glad you listed it here. It really is one of the best things we can do for ourselves, isnโ€™t it ๐Ÿ™‚ Iโ€™m going to check out those two people you mentioned as well ๐Ÿ™‚ itโ€™s interesting, a lot of people create a morning routine, I tend to find for me it works best when I do mine in the evening. Maybe that comes back to the chronotype thing again! I use a gratitude app on my iPad, read, do my to do lists then and meditate. Thanks so much for all the great information. Lots of things to implement and think about!

    1. So happy to hear that, Natalie. Having a good and relaxing evening routine is equally as important as your morning routine so you are doing a great job. I’ll soon create a post about morning routines that you can check out ๐Ÿ˜‰
Wish you all the best ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Hi
Thanks for sharing this excellent advice. I love the quote at the end. Knowledge isn’t power in and of itself, it is knowledge in action that is power. But I guess you do have to have at least some of the knowledge in order to put it into action. I had never heard of a chronotype before. I did the quiz and I am waiting for the results. But I have long noticed how I seem to need more sleep than many other people I know. So using the fact that someone else only got 5 hours of sleep last night is not a good yardstick for me.
I am already doing many of the things on this list. I should try the others. Though I think creating a morning routine would be the most challenging.
    Thanks and best regards
    Andy

    1. I am so happy to hear that you got value from this post. And I am planning to do a post on how to develop a productive morning routine very soon, so stay tuned ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Hi Delyana,

I love your meditation tip. Focusing on things you like to create sounds like a good idea for me every morning. I will start doing this for my 2021 and cannot wait to share my feedback soon.
I also like your sharing to eliminate all the negative thoughts from our minds and our surroundings. I’ve practiced this for a long time, but I am still no good at this. Being negative is harmful to our mental health, and it will impact every decision we make. Trying to turn our mind back to positive is a key to a healthy & prosperous 2021.

    Cheers,
    Matt

    1. I absolutely agree with you, Matt. Working on your mindset is the key to success, not only in 2021 but at all times.

No matter how many self-help programs we get to make our lives better, if we don’t get rid of the negativity in our lives, we’ll keep struggling. Sometimes letting go of the old is more beneficial than trying to add new things to our lives.
